So many herbs, so little thyme! Herbs and spices aren’t just for cooking.

Create “dill-licious” gourmet cocktails with fresh herbs, vegetables and spices including but not limited to: dill, basil, mint, sage, tarragon, rosemary, thyme, cilantro, cucumbers, jalapenos, ginger, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Our booking platform uses a Monday through Sunday calendar (not Sunday through Saturday). Online bookings close 24 hours prior to classes. Call 267-702-3404 for last minute availability and large parties of 7+. Please include any allergy or dietary restrictions in your order. Gratuity for instructors is not included. Reservations are highly recommended two to four weeks in advance.

Reservations are recommended two to four weeks in advance. Participants must be 21+ with valid ID. Cocktail classes start at $95/person. All classes include: a two-hour workshop with mixology instructorspirits, freshly squeezed juices, homemade syrups, bar tools, and garnishes.
